Quarax has a reliable way of operating

Quarax invites the independent interim manager to its network, after which he or she is deployed as a free lancer. The interim managers are therefore not directly employed by Quarax and have the possibility to work through other agencies.Quarax not only offers guidance in the selection process, but also counsels during the execution of the assignment. Quarax has a clear view of the intake process and the guidance of the interim manager.
To facilitate and guide the customer during the assignment, Quarax has developed a convenient customer checklist. At the completion of every assignment, the customer, the interim manager, and Quarax meet to evaluate the execution of the assignment and the results that have been reached.
Quarax also takes care of after-sales. Several months after the assignment is finished, Quarax and the interim manager contact the customer to discuss the developments that have taken place after the interim manager left.

The selection of interim and project managers is a careful process
