On a regular basis, Quarax' shareholders are asked for support in management and organisational problems. Quarax has the capacity to rapidly offer consultants and interim managers. A wide focus and nation-wide coverage are our first goals.

Currently several disciplines are represented within Quarax. The nature of our assignments is mainly financial, administrative and IT-oriented, in the profit as well as the non-profit sector. In addition, requests have been made for project management skills.

  
     
     
  The search for the right person  
     
 
To get to know the interim manager, Quarax will:
 
  Select from application letters the ones that show knowledge and experience;
  Hold an introductory interview, assessing the candidate's attitude and perception of entrepreneurship and management;
  Mail a questionnaire, aimed at interim and project management;
  Hold a second interview, in which the specific nature of interim and project management is addressed;
  Introduce the candidate to its existing network providing the above results are satisfactory.
 
In all, 3 ½ to 4 hours will be spent before introduction of a prospective interim manager to the network can take place. We routinely request copies of diplomas and certificates of previous employers, thus avoiding the selection of an interim manager who does not meet our requirements, as this would reflect badly on both the interim manager and Quarax.
This way, our customers are offered qualified interim managers with a secure and reliable employment history.
