The labour market has changed rapidly as well over the last years. Employees put increasing demands on working hours, work atmosphere and job content. These changes require flexible working relations. An example is the appointment of interim managers. In cases such as this it is useful, both to the commissioning party and to the interim manager, to employ a mediating organisation specialised in finding the right person and putting him or her in the right place. Quarax aims at mediating between the client and the independently operating interim manager. Quarax helps organisations to obtain temporary, professional resources in virtually every discipline.   Quarax is a young mediating organisation with a different style. Our business integrity is of the highest importance: our attitude is open, honest, reliable, loyal and respectful, towards both customer and interim manager. Moreover, every interim manager has his or her own specific background and approach. The various personalities and backgrounds complement each other. As a result of this, Quarax has the widest possible basis. Mutual contact between interim managers is encouraged where possible. The advantage to the customer is that specific requirements can be honoured where needed. There are two kinds of mediation: direct search and open search.
 
  In the case of 'direct search' or a binding search agreement, Quarax will make an inventory of available and appropriate applicants, will search for and present them to the customer, and will charge them for it. After-sales work, the actual agreement, and the following-up work will be charged for as well.
  In the case of 'open search' or a non-binding search agreement, Quarax will perform an inventory, search available files, distribute the search call to the relation network, and contact any potential applicants, on a 'no cure - no pay' basis.
 
Quarax does not work on a 'no cure - no pay' basis. Only digital CV brokers and start-up one-horse shows promise 'no cure - no pay'. From Quarax' point of view, contributing to personal relations and quality is leading. In this vision there is no room for 'no cure - no pay'.
